Include name of company
Make it easy to search online for invoice by including name of billing company in email subject line. I can never find the invoice by searching my emails for the name of the company, and I can never remember to search for "quickbooks". Thanks.

Fix your website... It accepts my login credentials, but then just hangs!
Fix your website! I always pay from my mobile device b/c I don't log on to my pc every day. This is cumbersome, because when I do log in from my pc, I am forced to get a code sent to my email first. What happened??? Everything worked fine until about 2 months ago

Quit making me verify my identity every time I log in.
Every. Single. Time I log in, I have to verify my identity. It's just as fast to pull my credit card out and enter the information! This is so aggravating!

Customer able to pay open balance on account and not have to go look for past invoices.
I invoice customers monthly, and sometimes they miss paying an invoice. Customers would like to pay a past month and current month at the same time, and not have to go look for a past invoice that was sent. Maybe I can keep adding lines to the same invoice, but I use recurring templates for the monthly invoices, so I would have to stop using that method. I can send a statement with all of the customer's charges, but the customer can't click a button and pay it since it's just a report.

Just email me the invoice every time instead of mailing it
I get a paper bill and have trouble paying it online.
Please just send me an email invoice EVERY TIME!

Payment system amount due and invoice amount don't necessarily track, but should.
Vendor decreased amount due after invoice was originally issued. At payment time, system showed that decreased amount due for payment, but showed original amount on invoice. Invoice should be auto-updated to be equal to a vendor-decreased charge when that charge decreases between invoice date and payment due date.
