Try listening to your clients about saving their info for faster payment.
I'm a client of Blacklotus LLC and each I get an invoice to pay my bill I must re-enter my account info. This is a real pain. I wish Blacklotus would fine a new way to bill their clients.

Secure Card Info
Secure card info when entered into any online form to make a payment by blocking out the card info. Prevent exposing the card info. Also install a stronger SSL certificate.

In Canada a debit card hold no name and no cvv number! I wanted to pay with Debit but unable too.
Just make your website flush with worldly payment options. Make friends with a Canadian and ask to see his/her debit card! You never know love might bloom!! Your site needs debit Doctor! Take care

Select the date of payment
Allow people when paying to select the date they want the money withdrawn. We receive the email almost a month ahead of when the invoice is due and I often forget about it. If I could pay it at the time I get the notification, then select the date I want it paid, that would be most helpful.

Add acct numer or acct address
Plz add account name (which can be diff than the card name) or acct number. We pay but keep getting pmt posted to wrong person.

Save paper-make email payment confirmations smaller
Email payment confirmations take up 2 pages now--with lots of useless blank space/white space. Make it so they fit on one page--many of us print these for our files and the current layout of the form is a waste. Thanks for considering

FIX the payment download. It DOES NOT WORK!
Every time I try to pay by iphone or ipad the payment cannot be made because a green circle just keeps going round and round. I have literally spent hours of my time just trying to make a payments. It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!
