  5. Actually send them out BEFORE calling about a late payment. Hard to pay a bill when you don’t realize it’s due!

  6. I went to pay an invoice. I set up a new account. I went to pay the invoice but was asked for the account information again.

    I went to pay an invoice using this system for the first time. I set up an account with my information but then could not pay the invoice until I put in my account information again. Why?

  7. Stop charging me 3 dollars to use Quick Books when it is at the benefit of the company to do so. thats $12 dollars a month. 144 a year

  12. Please add PayPal as an option.

    Paypal would make paying a bill so much easier and faster. I could have paid this the second the email came in without having to go get my wallet or card and come back to my computer...

  17. better invoices

    I wish that I could see all invoices from each vendor when I log in so that I can see what I have paid and what I haven't. Emails get lost too easily and sometimes you payments that you didn't even realize.
