the Expense Claims portal has been updated and is in a Beta version. It has removed the name of the person uploading the expense in the editing screen. It has also stopped working correctly. I used to be able to select FIND a match in the drop down screen, edit it and match it. It is no longer doing that. It only allows me to save and exit. Once I do that it is not saving the changes when pulling to my credit card or attaching the receipt. I am struggling bouncing between multiple screens to ensure the expenses are…

Projects improvement
I work mainly in the Projects Tab with QB's Online and I have a few suggestions:
-Is there a way to improve the Employee/ Vendor toggles? They often don't work and/ or duplicate the date line items containing Total time / Total Cost.
-On more than one occasion my Total Costs did not total the costs shown on the INCOME VS COST area at the top of the projects, and what the profit margins and basically everything is calculated off of. It wont be off by much but I've seen it off over $3k in on of my projects.

I love using QuickBooks for invoicing, but I was wondering if there could be more customization options for businesses that sell branded packaging and labels. For example, when I send invoices for custom sticker labels www.custompopcornboxes.com/product/sticker-labels/, I’d love to include a product preview or a more tailored layout that reflects my brand.
Has anyone found a way to enhance the invoice design beyond the current templates? Maybe a feature request for more visual customization could help businesses with branded products stand out.

MAKE INVOICE, SALES RECIPTS, and ESTIMATE COLLUMNS CUSTOMIZABLE
We need to be able to edit the Invoice, sales receipts and estimates columns this is critical to a lot of businesses especially since QuickBooks services many different types. We need to be able to customize the receipt forms that are sent to our clients. This is something that has been requested for many years, according to the Support page on QB Online. Progress Invoicing by Quantity
In quickbooks desktop you can progress invoice by percent or by quantity. In quickbooks online, you can only do this by amount or percent. When you are selling items by quantity, and you want to invoice for them, it is a simple assumption to invoice BY QUANTITY. Please update to allow progress invoicing by quantity to match the same process as quickbooks desktop. This is actually preventing us from switching. Our customers require invoices by quantity.

allow credit card payments :-) please
I wanted to use a credit card and that's not an option on the Payment page. I see it used to be an option but not today when I was paying our invoice. Our bank gives 'cash back' rewards and so I just lost out on a 5% bonus reward worth $250.

Fix price rule defect - price rule for customer types do not work.
Price rules that are created in which the customer is based on selecting a customer type from the drop down do not work. The price list does not show up under the customer's account as it should. Changing the rule to "individually select" the customers is not reasonable as it is a nightmare to ensure that all price rules are correct when pricing changes occur or new customers are added. It used to work, and when a customer was added and their customer type is chosen, that would automatically apply all price rules for that customer type to them. Now…
