Fix price rule defect - price rule for customer types do not work.
Price rules that are created in which the customer is based on selecting a customer type from the drop down do not work. The price list does not show up under the customer's account as it should. Changing the rule to "individually select" the customers is not reasonable as it is a nightmare to ensure that all price rules are correct when pricing changes occur or new customers are added. It used to work, and when a customer was added and their customer type is chosen, that would automatically apply all price rules for that customer type to them. Now it does not.
