Make "Download Receipt" you know, download something!
Make "Download Receipt" you know, download something! Like download the receipt. Download Invoice pops up a window to choose where to store it. But Download Receipt seems to do nothing. (With Chrome, configured to always prompt me for the location for downloading.) And there is nothing new in my Windows Downloads folder, either.

Improve Web Site Security
Whenever I access your site for payment, my computer protection informs me that I am attempting to access an insecure site at the risk of having my personal information compromised.
I suggest that some overhaul of security might be necessary.

schedule a future payment when you have made a partial payment
If you are splitting the amount by half, allow the payer to schedule the second half at a future date, without having to go back in to make the second payment.

Don't assume
Don't assume someone wants to or has to pay the entire invoice at once. MAKE the person select a payment amount or enter a payment amount. This is the 2nd time I was only required to pay half and ended up paying the entire amount BEFORE work even began. Bad programming here.

The "download invoice" button did not work on the page that shows that I paid my bill. When I clicked the button, I onl saw a spinning arrow
The "download receipt" button on the transaction summary page did not work did not work after I paid my bill. When I clicked the button, I saw a spinning arrow but never received the receipt. Strangely, the "download invoice" on that page did work as expected

My company has two brands with separate contact info - I can't have different contact info on each custom invoice form.
My company operates in two locations with different branding and different email/phone. One is *** Ltd and the other is *** Ltd t/a ZZZ.
Our customers need to recognise that the invoice is coming from the business in their area and has the relevant branded contact info/email for each invoice. They would be confused by an out of area phone number and an email address that doesn't correspond to the t/a name. All payments go into one bank account and are accounted for as one company, VAT returns etc.

Make the "sign in" to Intuit more prominant
When I choose the merchant's Review invoice, the page that comes up has the Intuit "sign in" prompt so small that it has taken me several months to finally know where to find it immediately. Larger Font? A colorful box?
