  3. Insurance Void

    Having been on the wrong side of Insurance Companies and having my insurance voided through a careless error in filling out an online comparison application, I decided to start a government petition to try to get insurance voids time limited.

    Insurance voids can happen for many reasons, careless errors, unintentional omissions, financial difficulty, negligence, black box insurance contraventions. It's fair to punish offenders but not for life, this needs to be time limited like penalty points on a license.

  6. Automatically change the balance under ACH and venmo payments-allow customer to change the amount due

    There is not a way to change the balance due under ACH and Venmo payment. Transactions go through with the credit card service charge

  11. Send a follow-up on every invoice unpaid after 45 or 60 days to improve cash flow.

    I just paid an outstanding invoice with a credit card and was NOT given the opportunity to donate the amount to cover the processing fee OC is charged. (That does appear on payments via NEON.)

  12. Work Stoppage of Bill Pay ISSUE

    After the last software update I am having a problem with Bill Payment. I enter my bills under each vendor in the expenditures tab. Then I go to the Bill payment tab and from the register of outstanding bills listed there I select a bill to pay and then hit the save and print button at the bottom. This normally brings up the print page that I print onto my check. But instead of getting the print preview for the check lay out I get a pop up window in the upper right corner that states Bill is PAID!! But…

  15. Your feedback process is excruciating. Make it easier.

    Trying to give feedback was a multistep process that after typing a suggestion, sent me to another page that made me accept all marketing and functional your cookies. You should offer the opt out at the moment of asking for feedback. You steps to do that made it almost impossible to get rid of your marketing cookies. You are not serious about customer satisfaction when you make it difficult for a customer to give you feedback.

    If I just typed in my information to make a payment, I should be able to use that info to set up autopay EASILY without further barriers of creating account, signing into Mint, etc.

  18. I want to save my payment method AFTER I pay... why so many step/challenging to set up auto pay?

    I want to be able to change or set up auto pay AFTER I pay an invoice - it's probably possible but it's too hard to find how to do it so I give up.

  19. On my Android phone, entering the credit card number, the cursor kept switching back, screwing up the number. Long-standing issue, persists.

    Does anyone read these complaints? On Android phone (at least, maybe iPhone too), credit card input has been screwed up for at least months, maybe years. How about addressing the issue?
