Send invoice before due date
My order date was 4/27/22. I finally received an invoice for the order on 6/9/22. The invoice stated the due date was 5/27/22. It is difficult to pay an invoice on time when it is not sent prior to the due date. Thankfully I was not charged a late charge. Why is the invoice not sent at the time of the order?

Change the title of the email you send
The email you send is titled “new payment request.” At a glance, this looks like an incoming payment. The title of your emails should read “new invoice“. This will be less confusing for people who are using email on a small mobile device.

Fix your system so you don't have to make 20 attempts before it will go through.
It is 100% an Intuit compatibility issue with browser settings. Complete waste of time and a disservice to your customers that are trying to get paid. Two hours on the phone providing complete details and the person on the other end of the support rep would not escalate it as an issue. Great customer service.

Correct the conflict with AOL Acct holders. The invoices are not received. Your tech support team is aware of this ongoing issue.
Apparently several AOL account holders for our merchant cannot receive the invoices. The email address of the merchant via intuit/quickbooks is not blocked or filtered by spam. This problem began several months ago. Our merchant tried a different AOL address which allowed the invoice just once. I had a lengthy call with your tech customer support folks. She said they were aware of this issue and would make its correction a priority. It’s been a month and I still cannot receive the invoice. Neither can my husband at his AOL email address. I just reactivated an old AOL account and…

fix recovery
Whenever I try to recover account, I am sent to contact page, which wants me to log into my account. If I try to create a new account, it says my email is already in use (no kidding - that's the account I'm trying to recover). It just keeps sending me verification codes and asking me to contact customer service which wants me to log in. Useless waste of time.

Paying with my credit card was very easy, but I think that you should add Venmo and Paypal as payment methods.

Put the vendor my name and date paid into the name of the PDF receipts and invoices
adding the brief self description into the file name will help easily organize receipts and invoices
