  4. The receipt is awful - I should be able to print the invoice with payment, or a receipt that is more complete - it is worthless

  5. billing -

    Have the personn sending the invoice able to set up in advance for the whole year . SO monthly I would get the invoice same date and amount.

  6. Payment type selection

    When the user clicks on the cc/debit/check (after the user info has been input) it currently clears all the data. That sucks.

  16. Don’t ask for verification code from a customer who has signed in to his account and then have it be invalid. Way too much trouble

  18. Easier to have an account number to loplug my bill, so I can pay or my husband. Actually sending a paper invoice and not just a email

    Would be much easier if we could get with the 21st century and have an acount number to refer to our account.

  19. Invoice will not print. Payment loading poorly. Hope two payments were not made

    1-Invoice will not print. 2- Payment loaded poorly, not sure 1st payment went through, so I reloaded and payed again. Lot of work required on rewrite of program which also takes forever to load. Not my WiFi speed.
