How is this still not a feature after almost three years? Every month I have to manually type 'Contract for January 2025' when QuickBooks should have dynamic fields like [CurrentMonth] [CurrentYear]. It makes no sense that recurring invoices do not support this.
There should also be a way to automatically list all specified days in a month, like every Monday, using something like [CurrentMonthMondays] which would generate 'January 6, 13, 20, and 27.' This would be a game changer for businesses that bill weekly.
We are in the era of AI. There is no excuse for this not being implemented. I have built my own software for my side business and adding simple dynamic fields is not difficult. This should have been done years ago. QuickBooks do better.
