Merchant added a late fee and I did not and will not pay that. I think you should have a comment line so if there is a comment that needs to go to the merchant they will see that.

I just spent 15 minu
I just spent 15 minutes to pay the bill. First by charge - it asked me a pay date, that process would not return a working password, so I tried a different way. Tried by check. That was the same problem, kept asking me for a pay date but wouldnt send the passcode. I hope you can fix it or I am losing my patience.
