  3. Make the amount due clearer. There is an amount on the top and another on the bottom. Allow way to pay thru mail with card!!

    Make any due clearer and not different amounts on top and bottom of invoice. Make clearer what insurance has paid. Remove the “unpaid previous garages” unless ou explain what it does and does not include. Most importantly have a way to pay via mail with health savings acount. It took me two calls and several days just to get an email sent from you so I could pay you!

    Bars of info get in the way of seeing the spaces where one enters their payment data. It didn't used to do that.

  18. I'm not able to log into Dixon landscape and pay my bill. This started happening about 3 weeks ago

  20. fuzzy, pixelated qb logo

    On the receipt your system prints out for payments on invoices, the top left logo (qb | intuit | quickbooks) is raster art, not vector. It would look a lot cleaner & professional if that were vector, making it a very sharp clear looking logo on screen and when printed.
