Should be allowed to
Should be allowed to specify date of payment. Merchant sends invoice weeks before it is due, but when I follow the link to pay, there is no way to specify payment on the due date. It is paid immediately.

I received the invoice via email on 7/8/25. It was due 7/11/25. A little more time between receiving the email and the due date (3 days) would be appreciated.

In a world full of d
In a world full of digital pay, tipping has become harder for industries where cash tips are common place. Could you offer a way to add a tip? Not every company will agree to receiving tips but I would like to be able to send them a request to tip electronically. That way the company could set up a "no tipping" policy or accept tips on a case by case basis, if they don't want to have a general tip option. Thanks.

Stop making people retype account numbers. It's archaic and a waste of time. We're all copying and pasting from statements or some other electronic means. It does the opposite of ensuring accuracy—it invites mistakes.

Warn me about the $25 fee. I used a bank account, not a credit card! I could have had my bank send the payment for free. Feel cheated!!@
