    you waited several weeks - more than a month - to send the invoice and then demanded payment the same day. better to send the invoice promptly and give the client a week to pay.

    Why is there a $25 convenience fee to pay online?? It is 2025. Not 2001. Everything is online and this is clearly taking advantage of consumers with that fee!! I can understand $2 or $3, but $25?? You all are crazy. I’ll gladly write a check and put it in the mail like it’s 1995 to avoid your outrageous fee!

    It would save time if you could put the invoice number that was paid on the Success! page that first comes up. At the moment, I take a screenshot of the Success! page and the receipt because both lack some info that the other has.

    Euthanasia is always a painful and hard decision to make for any animal lover… we mourn even before that time comes. I understand that this in home service is a wonderful idea and I thank those who are willing to do it, mainly for the pet. They all hate going to the vets, so I admire this service. Unfortunately, it’s not a luxury that just anyone can afford. And to my point, I was actually amazed that there’s a section to voluntarily mark on a tip amount of one feels like giving.     stop charging the credit card fee it is quite frankly sad that companies like yours charge us for things like this. do you charge us for the boxes too, stop being greedy, you get less business because of it

  17. I was able to pay ea

    I was able to pay easily, but too easily. I paid by bank transfer, and it just asks for bank routing number, account number, and name. Easy, it's on all of the checks I give out to contractors and such. Anyone with one of my checks could pay bills from my account because there is no verification step!!! Scary.

    I NEED, FOR THE YEAR 2025, THE LIST OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE THIRD COLUMN OF EACH INVOICE.
