    This company charged me $483.52 for 1 hour service...I know there is a 2 hour min
    The technical only looked at the unit...no service work was done!!!!

    I tried to pay the technician but he said he was a sub. Then received threatening emails (3) to pay immediately or the situation would be escalated. Great service poor billing. This all transpired in under about 12 hours.
