Make it where I can
Make it where I can access it any time so I can pay my bill early or where I can pay more than one month at a time. I am always afraid I will miss the email. I did once due to an illness in the family and had to pay a late fee. I like paying my bills early since my husband has health problems and at times is in the hospital when the bill comes in.

$25 per transaction
$25 per transaction is robbery. Not offering a credit card option is antiquated. If you must charge a transaction fee, at least allow me to pay multiple invoices at once.

I was told I had the
I was told I had the option of paying the half down that I was told I needed to pay to reserve the venue and pay the other half in 6 months. I did not get the option at all, So I had to pay the full amount
