the save banking inf
the save banking info to a "Wallet" defaults automatically to opt in. This is Bull Sh*t. A customer should have to take an action to opt in.

Lower the online pay
Lower the online payment convenience fee of $25. This is the first time I've seen this. I can understand if using a credit card but a checking account??

I don’t appreciate getting a quote from you and then being billed an extra $240.00. You could have given me the courtesy of a phone call to get approval. I’m not happy!
