    Today it was just awful. I got the link from the merchant and tried to login. The web site would not take any touch input. When I finally managed to login, it just stuck on trying to create a secure connection. I called in and spoke to two people, neither of who wanted to help or could help, trying to pass the buck back to the merchant, I told them that was totally unacceptable. I eventually used a different computer to login with. Your web site does not take touch input. It's been a frustrating waste of over an hour…
