A $25.00 convenience
A $25.00 convenience fee for an online check payment of $335.00 was not clearly disclosed before I pressed send, and could not be reversed once it was paid. We are not happy about this.

Today is 4/9/26. Today is the very 1st time that heard from this company regarding snow plowing at my address. They never called, they never called to verify my email address to make sure it was correct. And then they marked down that my invoice was past due!! This has left a sour taste in my mouth, to say the least!

More Than Freight mo
More Than Freight movers arrived 1 hour after they announced updated arrival time plus 2 delays. They made excuses which don't add up bc they already gave me 3 arrival times, & I was the first delivery of the day. Very many issues with the non-professional movers and office workers. Then, Elvis called me 4x while I was waiting for movers to come back with furniture. An ACH to a bank sho
An ACH to a bank should not involve a credit card fee. I probably will not use Sprinkler Works again because of your behavior.

Jamar provided excel
Jamar provided excellent service. He was thorough in his inspection. My daughter was present by video. He answered all of her questions. If there is a way to favorite Jamar as the preferred agent, I would like to declare that here.
