I used to be able to

The merchant's invoi
The merchant's invoice stated, "Please press the link at the bottom of this email to access the payment portal." It was not at all clear what link should be pressed to access the payment portal. There were many links.

The payment always c
The payment always comes through as the entire amount owed on an electronic invoice. To make it the correct amount the end-user has to find a very small "edit amount' button in light gray next to the amount at the top of an invoice that does not fit on a typical 13" computer screen. Scrolling up and searching carefully does work, however.

The software doesn't
The software doesn't work. It won't let me pay for 3 months at a time like the software message says I can. Intuit is a piece of crap. I have to pay 1 cent less which leads to all kinds of other problems. Fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Payment via a link i
Payment via a link in an email is inherently insecure. Intuit and Piece By Piece should not be requiring this! Allow me to navigate to the site myself and log in securely before paying.
