Payment via a link in an email is inherently insecure. Intuit and Piece By Piece should not be requiring this! Allow me to navigate to the site myself and log in securely before paying.

John was very helpfu
John was very helpful and did a good, efficient job cleaning gutters and the owner called to give me some recommendations about fixing a clogged curtain drain which he was not set up to fix. I will use the again.

I tried to make the
I tried to make the payment due of $20,000 but the system thought I wanted to pay the full contract balance of $70,000. I don't have that much money in my account and I see no way to undo this payment.

I’m not pleased that
I’m not pleased that QuickBooks is not compatible with my browser. I have both Safari and Microsoft edge, but it didn’t seem to recognize either. I certainly don’t want to tinker with my browsers just for the sake of making this one payment. I mailed paymentto you.

Allow us to select the day the autopay will process. Why would I want to pay my invoice 3 days earlier than it is due? The invoice payment should post the day the invoice is DUE, not prior.

I want to be able to
I want to be able to schedule payment on a date I specify. Why don't you prompt me to log in to my Intuit account so you can use my payment information already on file? QuickBooks seems to be lacking some common-sense user interface features.
