Batch Bills Entry
When entering the bills through the "Batch Transaction" the screen should act like the rest of the entry screens. This process is supposed to be faster and it is WAY slower.
1. To bring up the screen is way slow
2. Let me take off the fields I don't need so I enter faster. i.e. I don't need location.
3. When you enter the first letters of the vendor and the name populates you should be able to hit Tab to go to the next field, this would be consistent with your other screens. As it stands now I have…1 vote -

Allow to pay ACH debit with a check.

Be able to pay with card number
We should be able to pay with debit/credit card number or even Apple Pay. Putting in account numbers and routing numbers is barbaric.

Mileage Tracker | Have the ability to allow users other than Master Admins to track mileage in the same QBO file via their QBO App. This way, the mileage for the employee can be easily submitted to the company for reimbursement.

Default Sale Location
So whenever we go to make a new invoice in new invoice box you can see on left hand side there is an option to choose sale location.
And we should be able to set that location i.e NYC by Default.
And everytime when we start making new invoice system should automatically pick up that location.2 votes -

Add a tip feature on invoices. Customers ask me all the time how can the tip me on the invoice.

I spent almost two hours just trying to login hard I do not like this
There needs to be another way to help login faster as it was very frustrating for me 2 hours or more.. intrunit added a bunch of numbers on the end of my Yahoo account. I figured out that you have to copy and paste that exact information in order to login plus the correct password for their account I don't know it was very frustrating and very To login. Intrude tax account frustrating 2 hours at least I've been trying to login I hate this intruit... I don't like it awful

Allow for Paying Acct in FULL on Invoice
To QuickBooks Online—
Is there an option to pay off ENTIRE balance on the statement, rather than JUST the invoice total.I think I have things all paid up, only to realize the amt I Tought was coming out of My acct was not deducted.....And I still owe my service provider.
Not a good Deal for EITHER of us!!

Is there access to a detailed invoice? I tried to get there, but it never happened.

All I get is an error message when trying to pay with my debit card, and not a defined error message. Just it's not working. Epic fail. Will
Fix this ********. An error message when trying to pay by credit card is unacceptable, the service is less than useless. I am setting up my business systems and will never use QuickBooks for invoicing or anything else.
Fix this and maybe you'll get more business, but right now you don't deserve mine.

When I log on all I can do is view an invoice - NO PAY BUTTON
If I don't log in, I can pay. If I do log in, I can't pay because there isn't a PAY button.
