I don't like being charged a $25 convince fee to pay a bill. If you are doing your business properly all fees a 100% tax deductible at the end of the year. You are making money off the client.

I get a monthly bill
I get a monthly bill. Ideally I could just instruct you to always pay it (perhaps up to some monthly cost). My vendor says it’s not possible. Even if we can’t do that, I have a passkey with you. The APIs let you know that. So send me straight to the login with passkey screen and then straight to payment. Don’t make me look for the tiny login button on the top right. I just want to get on with life and pay my darn bills!

NO ONE CAN PAY IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE USA... So to save money and have a credit card handler you have added pay by Cheque this is something from the 1950's in the UK we use Card's

Stay the **** out of our relationships! It is totally inappropriate for you to be asking when I'm going to work with this company again and how I like working with this company. Intuit is already so **** invasive changing our data in QBO we don't need you in our relationships.

The Intuit name carries a good reputation which helped me feel comfortable that I was in the right place and could pay online securely. Have a great day. Invoice style was clean too.
