QuickBooks / Intuit has this process setup in an intuitive manner. It makes paying our bills electronically a very straightforward process. My confidence in paying electronically is always enhanced when I know I am working through an Intuit company.

Came out when I call
Came out when I called about my water heater breaking (and flooding) and replaced it the same day. Noticed that another water heater I had was 20 years old and replaced that one too. All very fast and courteous. Spent a fair amount of time discussing and weighing options to help me choose the right solution.

The $25.00 fee was not disclosed until after I made my payment. I used an ACH transfer, not a credit card, so there should be no fee.

Very professional electric technician. Company prices are more than I pay at the dealership for an synthetic oil change. Make sure you get a written quote next time you are getting work done on your home. Be explicit on the work that is going to take place.

Very deceptive proce
Very deceptive process. Popups trying to get access to our computer and create an account. Just want to pay my bill, not sign up with Intuit!

Your system does not
Your system does not permit copying and pasting the checking account number in the second field. This introduces errors, and makes payment more difficult.
