I was caught by surprise when I prepared my most recent invoice, and found only online payment options for my client.
When starting an invoice, the first screen should offer options for hard copy invoices, and online invoices, as well as pay by check, credit card, debit card, and electronic online payment options, and bank transfer.

I have gotten confused in the past with this bill because I receive an invoice each time you cut my grass and then I receive a bill for two cuts (which includes the cut I had already received a bill for) at the end of the month. I sometimes pay the bill as soon as I get it to avoid the late charge and then I receive a bill for it again at the end of the month. One-time payment vs. recurring payment
Please provide assurance at time of payment to a payor that states a particular invoice does not link to a recurring payment, in consideration of what 3.(e) of the terms of service implies.

Remove QuicksBooks logo from email and invoice
Could you please remove all QuickBooks logo, links, mentionned (optimized by QuickBooks) from the invoice and email? Having all those 3rd party stuff in our invoice/email diminish the quality of our branding and thereofre we are not using your inoivce system (unfortunately) because of that. More over when you click on print button from the print/save button in the email it navigates to QuickBooks, that is a bad user experience, our customer should not have to navigate to Quicbooks at all. Ability to split payments
Ability to process a payment using multiple payment sources. Example…$1000 invoice and be able to pay an amount on one credit card and then the remainder on a second credit card. A number of merchants how this feature.

Blacklist certain customers from auto invoice reminders
Please allow us to blacklist certain customers so that they don't receive automatic invoice renewals. Not all of our customers appreciate the automatic renewals, especially when there are substantial completion holdbacks.

Stuck in old create invoice layout
My create an invoice page has inexplicably reverted to the old layout with no option to return to the new create invoice layout. Totally stuck and its very frustrating!
