To put it bluntly, your system is AWFUL! It does not accept information that is 100% CORRECT and your system just sits there and DOESN'T TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!???
DUH! I just talked to the rep with the company that is using you and ALMOST EVERYONE is calling in with problems signing up! I had to click the last button to set up auto pay 4 TIMES BEFORE IT WOULD TAKE IT! This is ridiculous! I will NEVER voluntarily use your website ever again. Being forced to in this case!1 vote -

The best payment sys
The best payment systems I’ve worked with provide multiple ways of payment whether by ACH, credit card or Apple and Google pay. Multiple payment methods makes it easier on everyone especially Apple Pay being able to click between my different payment methods. I mean the goal is to get the bill paid, right?
