  3. Offering payment via PayPal would be great.

    PayPal is very convenient And if you have a PayPal account, you don't have to input credit card information each time. (I started this as a new post to separate it from another post that mentioned two suggestions, PayPal and automatic payments.)

  10. How about you have a system that accepts a payment

    Heres the idea. I will try to keep it simple so I dont lose you. An invoice is payable on your site. The consumer clicks on "make payment" or "pay invoice" then, they follow the payment method chosen. Fill in all the proper information and click "pay invoice". THEN, now this is the new idea, your system accepts the payment!!
    I know, awesome idea, RIGHT! I mean 5 attempts so far with the "try again later" in the red banner is a super duper way to do business. I mean wasting peoples time and delaying getting money to retailers so…

    Send an e-mail saying Thank you for automatic payment with date it was withdrawn. Or, a pre-bill that states you take funds from my account on ...date and a post Thank you for automatic payment.

  18. Can the QuickBooks currencies convertible between USD and other currencies around by customizing exchange rate?

    We want to be able to customize our own currency the other way around. For example, since if we convert from CNY to USD the amount of 1CNY = 0.141467USD seem to be too long. We're hoping that we are able to switch it the other way around like from USD to CNY meaning 1USD = 6.98CNY seem much shorter and are easier to calculate.
