This is without a doubt the worst software I’ve ever encountered. I was a mainframe programming and systems analyst for over 20 years. Every single month, something goes wrong and I have to re-enter all of the payment data again. The error message doesn’t tell you what’s wrong. The error message was: “ Error
Payment wasn't successful. Try again or contact your seller.” Everything I entered was perfect and it failed 3 times. I left the software completely and re-entered it from the e-mail link and the exact same data worked.
