to pay this, i was forced to click on a link in an email. i would prefer to be able to log on to intuit.com with my email address and see the invoice there. docusign lets me do this and intuit invoices should be no different. please let me avoid phishing scams.

Terrible way to pay.
Terrible way to pay. Went through 10 minutes trying to simply pay with my existing credit card that I have ben using for at least two years for this pool service. Still haven’t figured out this new crazy system. Will tell pool service not to use this.

I can't sign up, I can't recover my account because I don't have one, and why the hell won't you let me paste my account number from my password manager? Give me a way to talk to a human so I can actually set up an account and stop pretending you're smarter than my ability to copy a number in one window and paste it into another.

It would be really helpful if the autopay gave other payment options including bi-monthly, quarterly, etc. My bill is due quarterly, so I can’t put the autopay, although it would be extremely helpful. Thank you!
