The office only has VOIP desk phones that cannot receive text messages. You need another method for verification as we are not allow to use our personal cell phones for work purposes.

Include credit card
Include credit card payment option/selection on the screen for payment. I called the office to see how to pay by CC. Would have been much simpler to have listed on payment selections.

please add a comment line when the payment amount is adjusted. I added 2 invoice amounts, but could not add the 2nd invoice number to explain.

$25 to be able to pay online is ludicrous. I’m not even using a credit card, it’s a bank transfer! I’ll just mail a check and pay for a stamp. What a joke.

I am furious. I'm working with a company - thabk goodness one whom I trust - and he just sent me a bill of which I was supposed to pay half in order for him to order the materials needed. The Intuit message I got from him using your system told me that I could adjust the amount after hitting pay (which listed total amount due for the job). The fact that your system charged me - with one click and no verification - twice the amount I trying to pay is a very serious problem. Get your **** together.

Don't make me enter
Don't make me enter a texted code for every invoice i pay i the same session. Bring up the saved company routing and checking numbers. The process is wayyyy tooooo slow to pay bills.

Your screen made "save my info" as a default. I realized it too late. I've made several payments here before without having to ask you NOT to save my info. This is predatory and unacceptable.
