Schedule AND edit!
If you're offering an option to schedule payment in advance, you should also enable editing the amount!!!
I like to schedule all my payments in advance to pay on their due dates. But you're expecting me to pay the ENTIRE balance if I do that!!! That's unreasonable and unfair.
The company that did the work and arranged the financing confirmed with me AHEAD OF my signing that I would pay monthly installments of a specified amount.
But then they sent me an invoice for the WHOLE balance! While that may be their doing and not Intuit's, it seems to me…3 votes -

Stop auto-download for invoices
The site constantly tries to download invoices on it's own. Why would you have your site annoy people this way???? Just make it an option as most other sites do and most users expect. Thanks!

Distinguish "sign in" and "create account" links better
When you aren't logged in on the screen to pay an invoice, there are two links below the account information form "[Sign in] [or create account]". However, the link styling (no underline, no break between links) means it looks like one single link.
I have repeatedly clicked on the "create account" part while meaning to sign in, and had to go back and click "sign in".
Please please please either unlink the word "or" so the separation is more obvious (right now, "or" belongs to "create account"), or add underlines so it's clear where the links separate. Please! :)

Allow billable expenses to be tracked to a client, even when original invoice was created in a 3rd party app
When using a 3rd party app to create invoices, one isn't able to use the 'billable expense' feature in QBO. It creates duplicates in the client's file as the system believes that they client was never charged for that expense. It would be helpful to manually assign these expenses to existing invoices or to be able to track them another way without skewing numbers

Bank account and debit security.
Credit cards will reimburse you if it is stolen, breached or there is a dispute. Money taken from checking, debit cards and Zelle is just gone, never to to be retrieved. Unless Intuit is making guarantees for protecting those other payments I’m real Leary to send my money.

based on the other comments, you ignore all ideas!!! STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looking at the other posts, it appears you do not take any of these ideas serious as you haven't done a thing to FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!! Is it because you can't, won't or just too stupid to fix the product you created? I think it would bet great for you to go out of business, close your doors and fire everyone. IT';s Christmas! Oh and the drop or click upload files, DOES NOT WORK EITHER. Basically you guess are a waste of skin, it must be an american IT company as only 6 year old russian kids know IT.
