First, the two who came to clean the house did an excellent job and it was above our expectations. It was so good that we would use Mat-Valley Maids again. We were surprised though about the mileage fee and the MVM Products used fee. We were not told about that. You should advise your customers about those fees in advance to avoid surprises. Otherwise, good job.

I just approved payment for 1 invoice, and quickbooks automatically scheduled payment for multiple invoices without my concent!

It charged me invoic
It charged me invoices I didn't choose to pay for. I made sure to not select them and it charged me anyways. I am going to call corporate to get this fixed.
