  2. Allow an additional option to add Tip after total

    I was not allowed option to return to beginning of invoice.
    I could not add tip after total. I could not backtrack on app to add tip- after I failed to add tip initially!

  3. Project names not appearing on invoice.

    Since the new invoice layout was pushed out end in May, invoices no longer show the project name. Project names need to appear on invoices automatically like they used to. This seems obvious.

  4. Why are you not listening to your customers Quickbooks on AUTOPAY?

    I used to be able to pay my pool company on autopay until June. Then suddenly it disappeared and now there is no option to pay on autopay. So I came here to find out more information only to see there's literally thousands of votes from your customers to get auto pay as an option through people's bank accounts and credit cards. Why are you not listening Quickbooks when this is clearly a problem.

  8. Tip Process Clarification

    The tip option on paying an invoice does not indicate who receives the tip. Is it the business or the guide? Please specify the tip recipient and distribution percentage/amount if shared. If the tip is directly and completely to the guide, an option to specify “tip upon trip completion” would allow the guide to receive cash.

  9. Give option to create QB entry for payment (Bill, Expense, etc.)

    When an Intuit/QB user is logged in, offer an option on the paid entry to create a QB entry using the info from the paid invoice.

  10. Let me add a tip after accidentally clicking send too fast!

    I wanted to tip but absentmindedly clicked send too fast, but there's no way to go back or add a tip retroactively. I would like this option as now I have to go Venmo them instead for the extra tip money. Also it's crazy you make me create an account to give you feedback that you need?!

  13. do not send a receipt until the payment clears with the bank. Instead say pending.

It took me four tries to figure out that I needed to input all the account digits between two non-numerical, optical device readable symbols, even preceding zeros and trailing digits, even though I've never been asked to use them elsewhere. Probably you've run into a need in foreign transactions or bigger business systems. Whatever. Learning experience. Not getting paid for my time...Have a nice day.

  16. Open Invoice in New Tab

    I was paying an invoice and entered credit card information, but then wanted to take one last look at the invoice. I opened the invoice from the link on that payment page, reviewed the invoice, then tried to go back to the payment screen. There was no back button available in my browser and no way to navigate back to the payment screen. I had to close the invoice window, then reopen the payment link from email and re-enter all my credit card information.

    Please make the 'review invoice' link open in a new tab so whatever information I entered…

  20. After entering all my bank info I signed up for an account and then it deleted all my bank info and I had to fill it out all over again!

    After receiving my first Intuit invoice ever, and after entering all my bank info, at the bottom I signed up for an account and then it deleted all my bank info and I had to fill it out all over again! Signing up for an account should do a popover like it just did for me here on the forums... It didn't delete all my info I already entered. It's 2024. Ty!
