Send invoice in a timely manner, not when it's due!
Send your invoice at the time of service instead of when it's due.

Do not make us reconfigure the name of a business to provide a first and last name that does NOT match the name on our checking account..
I had to enter the name of our business: Winston Weber & Associates, Inc. as first name: Winston Weber and last name: Associates to get the form to work. I hope our bank doesn't balk!

Pay more than amount due
Make it so that I can change the amount I want to pay. You can make it so the amount entered cannot be less than the minimum amount due. I want to pay more than the amount due.

I would like the payment reciept to include the property address
It would be easier for us if the payment receipt included the property address.

Save previously entered account info
Save account information so it doesn't have to be entered each time a payment is made.

Allow me to vote or give feedback without signing up for additional information regarding updates.
Its not good practice that you want feedback only if an email address is provided for you to provide updates to people who provided feedback. It should be optional to vote without signing up for more emails.

The name of the company being billed doesn't show on the invoice
The online invoice just shows amount due, not the company that should pay the invoice. I have two companies and one bookkeeper and it's so inconvenient that I can't tell which company is being billed (so I know which account to pay from).

Accommulate or summarize all my payments to vendor
If I have more than one payment, I would like to see the history if possible. Otherwise, this is an excellent piece of software for a small business:)
