  7. Enter an email where payment confirmation should be sent

    I pay invoices for several customers, but they receive the payment confirmation and then I have to chase them down for it. I would love a field to enter the email of where I'd like the payment confirmation sent.

  12. by letting me pay on the phone when I call in the order. Little tidbit, information is more likely to be hacked online than stolen online

  15. I prefer a document that I can save electronically and print.

  19. Put the links to pay and open invoice at the top. Rest of message below. Its the same every month.

    I waste time searching for the pay link - I open the invoice - not there, I plow thru the same message - oh and there it is off the screen at the bottom. Put the pay link top right of the email

  20. Better receipts

    The "Print Receipt" button just prints this very basic "stripped out" version of a receipt - no vendor, no context. It would never pass IRS muster. Fix this ASAP!
