  9. It would be more expedient for me to pay through my bank's billpay, where I pay all my other household invoices

  17. allow credit card payment; HATE being forced to provide bank information. Very DANGEROUS.

    make CC payment available. Being forced to pay with bank account info needs to be outlawed. This was for family member; otherwise would seek different merchant.

  18. Skip the verification code

    I appreciate the security procedure, but if I've logged in with my credentials the security code seems redundant. And it takes up time (I've never gotten a security code on the 1st attempt, sometimes I have to repeat the process 3 times).
