Have the invoice total correct so I don't pay partial and then another partial.
Invoice stated total, which I paid. Then on receipt it said I still owed $5.00 so I paid again. Would have been nice to have the total correct the first time.

It would be more expedient for me to pay through my bank's billpay, where I pay all my other household invoices

Forms of payments should always be available. That is credit card, debit card, paypal, bank transfer etc.

allow credit card payment; HATE being forced to provide bank information. Very DANGEROUS.
make CC payment available. Being forced to pay with bank account info needs to be outlawed. This was for family member; otherwise would seek different merchant.

Skip the verification code
I appreciate the security procedure, but if I've logged in with my credentials the security code seems redundant. And it takes up time (I've never gotten a security code on the 1st attempt, sometimes I have to repeat the process 3 times).
