Don't give the customer a receipt if the payment doesn't go through. I thought this was paid but apparently my bank rejected it.
allow other payment methods besides bank account. Don't give a receipt that says it was paid when it wasn't.

Alternate fraud prevention symbols
Checks have two asteriks ($**1245.00) before the amount. However, these seem to prevent the checks from being read by the mobile cheque deposit reader from TD Bank.

provide better/live support for payments that have errors
got an error on two different cards. error is vague and unhelpful.
"Error you can try again, or come back later and try connecting then". and clearly there's no problems with the two cards I tried. why isn't there live support?1 vote
