add the ability to attach receipts and other documents to an invoice.
add the ability to attach a receipt for expenses that were incurred on behalf of a client (hard or soft costs) to the invoice that is sent to the client. The client needs that as substantiation for the expense paid, and the smart clients want a copy of the receipt for items that they are reimbursing or paying for.

Work with major banks to allow payments.
For some reason, I always got an error when I tried to pay from Bank of America. Do you not have a working relationship with them?

Bank transfer is UTTERLY UNSECURE. Anyone can make SOMEONE ELSE PAY. They just need a check for Routing number and Checking Acc number.
Bank transfer is UTTERLY UNSECURE. Anyone can make SOMEONE ELSE PAY. They just need a check for Routing number and Checking Acc number. I'm shocked this is even a possibility. One should have a 2nd factor authentication like a 6 digit pin code being sent to your email or phone (as recorded on your Bank account).

Actually, nothing was ever said to me about a charge for the visit, so this is an unpleasant shock to me.
I would have appreciated being told there was a charge for the service call. I was never told that.

Ensure Biller's name match on all materials throughout the process...

and the name on the downloadable receipt...

When there is agreement of certain percent payment, the system should provide allowances for such payment amounts.

The agreement was 50% down not the whole amount. Hence, I expect service to be provide next week.
