  3. Why do you ask what you can do to improve your service and you are covered in requests to pay more than 1 invoice at a time but yet you don'

    Why do you ask how you can improve our experience yet you have many requests to allow us to pay more than one invoice at a time but you still don't. Even though all of my vendors that allow online payments can handle that task just fine!

  4. Correctly label "pay" button in email: my email has a button "Print or save" that must be clicked to pay. Completely unobvious. Annoying!

    Label the button you must click to pay "Pay Now", not "Print or Save". I spent a lot of time looking around for the "Pay" link.

  9. Late Fees update needed

    We need some way to add a flat fee per client per month and not per invoice. There should be a way to have a new invoice created monthly for a client that has a past due balance for one flat fee , or % of balance due, for the client for any month there is any past due balance.

    Example: a client has a past due balance and if payment is not received by the 10th of the month, on the 11th - QB would create a new invoice for a flat late fee of $25 for each client…

  11. The invoice should reflect what the message from the vendor states - re options

    The invoice from Expat Tax Professionals stated two options, but the payment form did not. ETP stated that I could make a deposit toward tax filing services with the option of coverage for support if there is an IRS audit. There is no box to tick on the payment form saying that I wanted the former but not the latter. Why not?

    The link I received by email was for http://links.notification.intuit.com/ls/click?<redacted> rather than a proper HTTPS link, and adding https manually got me an invalid SSL certificate. This is bad.

  15. HOW ABOUT NOT NAMING EVERY INVOICE THE SAME NAME "RECEIPT.PDF"

    Naming invoices a different name each time you save a invoice. All pdf invoices are saved as "receipt.pdf". If you are getting monthly invoices or from multiple companies you can't just save all the invoices without going through a big process to rename them. Allow customer to name or rename receipt. Alternatively, add the invoice number and some company ID to the end of the receipt. Like Receipt15670027.pdf

  16. Bring back customization and features of old invoicing system.

    QB just switched over to a new invoicing template that has less features and customization options. They look unprofessional and are embarrassing to send to our clients. Support's response is basically, "Here's a link to where you can send your frustrations into a void to potentially have management assign this to our developers to fix." So here I am.

    If I try to revert back to the old design there is no way to remove the pay invoice button even after turning off online payments. I can take the invoice into acrobat and delete the button but a big reason…

  19. Name downloaded files with useful human readable names

    I really don't understand why after all this time, that when you download a receipt, the filename is the most useless and always to be renamed word "receipt". It should be something at least like "<merchant>receipt<date>.pdf"
    I'm ok whatever you come up with, if it has the date and the merchant info so the file is easily identifiable as to whom it is from and when it was for.

  20. Payment for only work completed

    We are paying for the the pointing work. Upon completion of the waterproofing in spring/ summer, we will pay the remainder. It would be nice to be able to include comments on payment with the payment and not have to make a comment here. Thanks
