How about the account services actually works so I can log in. Or that I can use a debit card. Or the ability to scan a check or card.
I hate paying my bill this way! I’d rather buy stamps. It’s 2020! Apple Pay, PayPal, the ability to scan your check(!) why am I even saying check?? Debit card payment options please. I’m questioning using this business after their use of this payment system. Even the Girl Scouts at the grocery store use square pay.

On a PAID invoice, include the date paid & method of payment on the invoice
After I have paid an invoice a green "PAID" stamp is shown on the invoice, but that is all. In addition, I would like to also see the date it was paid, and the method of payment used to pay the invoice also shown on the invoice. Also please condense the invoice to one page. It is silly and wasteful to print a 2nd page that has 3 to 4 short lines of text that should easily be made to fit on one page. Right now even if you change print settings, no matter how small you shrink the text…

Tipping available??
The receipt was unavailable for January, 2020. I need it for my neighbor.
I do have the invoice. tippin1 vote -
The receipt should have my name on it--there's no way to tell who paid it!
Put all the details of the transaction on the printable receipt.

Add receipt to qbo
Option to email a receipt rather than download, or even better, add to existing qb online account. I often pay other quickbooks users, and then have to download the invoice then attach it to my expenses

If there's a "convenience fee", then don't be a coward and honestly report it on the receipt of fee I just paid!
If there's a "convenience fee", then don't be a coward and honestly report it on the receipt of fee I just agreed to pay! This seriously dilutes your company's credibility!

I wish there was a section that showed what you have paid already...
It would be nice if there was a section that showed the dates and amounts of what you have already paid....

Why do you ask for our feedback then give us these other items. You trivialize our time!
My idea is that you stop asking us for our feedback, we provide it, then you show us the many other survey responses. Take our feedback or stop asking! You trivialize our time. In short, from a customer's perspective your system is too convoluted-that includes your survey.

Entry for whom the payment is being paid; paying for my grandson's tuition - different last name. Credited to right account?
Entries do not include for whom/what account payment is made. I am paying grandson's tuition. Will it be credited against his tuition? Or his parent's account?
