Tracking links should be entirely over HTTPS
All emailed links from QuickBooks should have a secure endpoint. Every QuickBooks-generated email I receive to an invoice has only the tracking link—one that starts with http://links.notification.intuit.com/.../. That initial link is unencrypted and therefore the data transmitted between my browser and the server is sent in the clear. My default browser is set to block all unencrypted connections and tries to redirect to an HTTPS alternative, which links.notification.intuit.com does not seem to have. This causes me to open up a browser I don't typically use, without the configured security, so I can get the URL to which the tracking…

show activity that is billed in email sent
name activity billed IN THE Email as it is not seen in the billing pages. Not on my computer

Add more characters or spaces for recipients email for sending invoices.
There needs to be more space or allotment for recipients email address on the invoice section. At the moment, you can only email up to 3 people but some individual email addresses are long and need more space. This is GREATLY needed to satisfy customer expectations. Currently, this makes Quick Books seem outdated and not up to current web-page design standards.

When invoicing please include the date of service. Required for checking for duplicate billing.
Your most recent invoice include a list of the services provided with amounts but did not include dates of service. I had a prior invoice for a very similar list of services and amounts. I could not check to ensure I had not been billed twice for the same service.

Please send a confirmation email of receipt of payment. You state that you do, but I never receive it. I know you have my email, because you send me the invoice by email. The email is emp94@georgetown.edu. Please email me the receipt, as you claim you will do this, but you never do this.

I am trying to find a way to track emails I have sent out to my Customers (IE ESTIMATES AND INVOICES. ) I was told on the phone with customer service that there is not a way to verify this unless I CC Myself on those Emailed transactions or call the customer (? seriously ) . This is a huge Inconvenience to me as all of the transactions will now come to my Inbox . (depending on the flow of work orders and Invoices created the emails become lost in a sea all other transactions I receive throughout the day. …

Company Name on receipts
My company operates in Mexico, IRS requires all receipts to "look" formal and include company name and details both emitter (mine) and receiver (yours). Please add that information in email receipt.

Online contract and invoice signing. Ability for customer to easily sign the invoice without printing and scanning.

When emailing an invoice to a customer, it would be nice for the email to show coming from the name of the business instead of the first part of the email address.
