How can I make more than one payment when using a credit card? Your form only allows for ONE payment to be made when the invoice arrives.

Reinstate my auto draft option. I've been waiting for nearly a year. I had it before the "glitch"
I used to have the auto pay option but due to a "glitch" myself and a couple of others were dropped. I have been waiting nearly a year and still do not have to option to auto pay. What the heck......!!

allow autopay when the amount due varies each month
Use some kind of AI to determine the balance due each month for the autopay option. This bill does not have a fixed monthly amount, using current auto pay option might result in over or under payment.

Autopay on a scheduled date
People on a fixed income need to schedule autopay on a particular date and not 3 days before it's due. For example, always on the 2nd of the month.

Withdrawals on selected date
My payment is due on the 1st. I'm retired and get paid every 1st of the month. I set up auto pay for the 1st, but you start to withdraw the payment before the first. That may results in non-sufficient funds charged to me. That's why I stopped my auto pay. Any thoughts?

Allow customer to change the monthly amount for autopay.
I set up Autopay for trash service. You need to Allow me to change the monthly amount for autopay. My bill is every other month for $80. It is $40 Monthly but it won't let me change it to $40 for a Monthly Auto Pay. Now I will have to contact the trash business to get this figured out.

set it up so the payee doesn't have to set up an account for future date payments.

Fix vendor payment processing time
Fix the vendor payment processing time. We came over from Bill.com to QBO Bill pay and the processing time went from 3 to 7 day and myself as well as our contractors are furious. You keep saying your engineers are working on it, but it's been a month. I can process payroll in one day, why does it take so long to process a vendor payment?

Actually have scheduled payments go through
Had a scheduled payment not go through. All I got was an email saying it didn't go through, and not why. Had to enter it now and it went through. Doesn't make sense.

Allow payer to choose a date in the future to schedule payment rather than only on the current date
It's ridiculous that I cannot schedule the payment in advance. I pay bills once a week and do not have time to go back in and pay something on the day it is due if I've already spent my time paying bills for the week. I also do not like that I am forced to pay the outstanding balance immediately, even if it's not due for several days.

Provide Information on WHY a Payment Didn't Go Through
Today one of our normally scheduled payments didn't go through. We know because you sent us an email that just said "Payment didn't go through" and listed the amount and the merchant. However, you provided no information whatsoever on WHY it didn't go through. There was plenty of money in the account to cover the draft, so there should've been no problem. But all your email had was a "Try again" button, which aside from looking suspect/phishing, just had us re-enter the account information, at which point it went through fine.
