Why are you only using this platform? Others can provide more services, and you can use them for different purposes. For example, online bill payment allows you to plan your budget, monitor the state of capital, and provide tax receipts. The convenience is that your financial statements and checks are always at your fingertips on your phone. It's like a pay stub creator doing half the work for you. This is the only online billing payment method that I use that does not include future scheduling. I like to schedule payments in advance to be received three to five days before it's due at the time I receive the invoice. It would definitely make it much more convenient.

Making me sign in to schedule a payment but not sign in to just make a payment is so much BS. If you want to allow scheduling of payments - treat it the same way you treat an immediate payment.

I should be able to pay the current month and start auto pay starting on a specific date going forward. So, for example, I pay on the 15th of September and start auto pay to begin starting October 15h and pay on the 15th of every month going forward (assuming it is a business day).

Allowing the customer to schedule a future date (prior to the due date) allows us to better manage our household budget.

I would like the option to schedule the payment using online bill pay features from my bank checking account. Then, I do not have to enter my bank account or credit card information into the system. Instead, I can create a Payee and schedule the payment amount and date. This allows easy payment whenever an invoice is created.

I want to have invoice deducted prior to due date

I would go online and schedule my payment the day I receive the e-mail for my monthly statement. However, I now have to remember to go back and pay it instead which I hate. Any chance we could get this feature added? Thanks.

I believe this would encourage our customers to pay us quicker. It would be great if the scheduled payment would show on the invoice. As the payor, I'm more likely to pay it right away if I can schedule it a few days out. Less of a chance that I will forget if my cash flow doesn't allow for immediate payment.

I am paying every 2nd month but was not given that option when signing up for Auto-Pay.

Allowing future date for payment would expedite/simplify - rather than, on future date, find the email, log back in and pay. Alternatively, could pay using future date when first receive the invoice

Should allow scheduling of credit card payment for the first of the following month. For example, if the bill is due on July 01 and is emailed to the customer a week or so before the due date, customer should be able to schedule the bill payment for July 01; but latest date allowed by the scheduler is June 30.
