  3. The invoice says "you paid..." What will be better received by my budget office would be the name of the institution/business listed

    There is no way to confirm that this expense is for a business purpose. A line about the business or institution being billed and what the expense is for is vital to our bookkeeping.

  10. Allow more than one invoice at a time to be paid.

    We receive roughly 60 invoices a month. I would like to be able to pay all invoices on one transaction.

  11. Stop making me need to exit the app get a special # & sign in again just because you send #& it leaves you for me to retrieve #& start all

    Already started describing it in first box. GRRRR let’s make paying this bill WAY easier. Do a Pay Pay type thumb print ID & be done with it👏👏👏

  12. Please make the font darker on Bills Payable - it is IMPOSSIBLE to read

    It is impossible to read the grey font in Bills Payable screen - it would be very easy to pay the wrong company. Please, just make it black like all the other fonts and then we can all read it easily. Thank you.

  13. Stop using popups and allow new user to be created in a new screen/tab.

    FIrst time user. I was asked to create an account, after typing in my billing information. I filled out the pop up, once I noticed my pop up blocker stopped it 3 times. THEN, after I created an account, the popup times out for a long running script. Plus, the person I was paying, showed I had zero due. I had to go to Discover to see if the payment was pending, before coming back to the site and having to refill out my old information. Lose the popup and just prompt me, as a new user, to optionally fill…

  15. When I clicked the question mark regarding the routing number, it would not go away. Pretty hard to finish payment, but I did it:)

  20. Improve uptime for systems during weekends

    Payment of invoicing was not possible on Saturday. This hurts small business (specifically small trades) as they do much of their work on weekend.
