Stop using popups and allow new user to be created in a new screen/tab.
FIrst time user. I was asked to create an account, after typing in my billing information. I filled out the pop up, once I noticed my pop up blocker stopped it 3 times. THEN, after I created an account, the popup times out for a long running script. Plus, the person I was paying, showed I had zero due. I had to go to Discover to see if the payment was pending, before coming back to the site and having to refill out my old information. Lose the popup and just prompt me, as a new user, to optionally fill out login information before I start to pay.
