Safer money codes
It doesn't seem safe that before hitting "Pay", the entire credit card numbers were visible. In the invoice, only the last four were visible.

Takes FOREVER to pay on line. Screen for payment doesn’t load even on multiple devices. 2nd month with this problem.
Today it took 2 hours to open the payment page. I even tried multiple devices in multiple locations. Just get the never ending green circle. Have had an issue for 2 months. Prior to this everything was working smoothly.

Send plain text email with verification code - and support screen readers etc
To pay a bill today, you demanded verification. The IM did not arrive.
So I fell back to an email message, but on an account where I can't easily read html messages. (That's the only one you have for me.) Instead of sending a proper email, with both a text and an html part - or sending pure text, which anyone can read, even a blind person with a screen reader - you sent pure html mail. (You may call it "rich text")
I had to save the attachment as a file, with an appropriate extension, and scp it to…

An option to stay signed would save time
We transport Freight which means we make payment while on the move this option would make the process much easier perform from the cab of a truck

My only complaint is how difficult it is to establish a password. It keep rejecting my ideas.
Your password set up is a Pain in the neck Why can't we decide what password works for us. This is NOT Fort Knox.
