  1. Make the presentation of the invoice and receipt more professional

    Make the invoice look more "professional," write Business Name correctly. Us capital letters properly. C. B. Holmes Plumbing, LLC.
    Make your "LOGO" look more professional, simplify it.
    On the "BILL TO" item, include the customer's name and address.
    The "SERVICE and DESCRIPTION area should tell me which address the work was done at. I may have more that one property you work on, remember these become MY tax records.
    On the PAYMENT RECEIPT, make it look more professional.
    e.g. C.B. HOLMES PLUMBING, LLC, 1083 Cate Rd. Brunswick, GA 31525.
    The receipt should show and indicate from whom the payment was…

  3. Separate client payment accounts!

    I paid a bill online for a client over a year ago. I went to pay a bill for a different client, didn't see that the other clients bank info was selected (because I had no idea it was even saved in there), and mistakenly paid the bill out of the wrong client's account. This is huge problem and extremely embarrassing. Not only that, I happened to pay it two minutes before the cut off time, so by the time I saw that it paid on the wrong client's account and rushed in to cancel it, it was too late…

  8. issue with my ability to see texts..other

    Please let me know if there is a way to get online email notifications of the alarm status as it changes instead of a text. My phone currently is not getting any texts and I have been paying for the service to be informed when my alarm is turned on and off for nearly a year but haven't been able to see what is going on. T mobile was not able to assist me and I am really frustrated with this. I would prefer to stay with your company for the monitoring if we can get this resolved.

  10. Please put the invoice number in the header or in the body of the email.

    I am an accountant and I have several clients that tell me to pay myself. I send the invoice to my email address. I have no idea which invoice it is because I can't find the invoice number without having to download the entire invoice which is already on my computer.

  14. There was no opportunity to add my shipping address.

    I'm communicating with the company by email. They don't have my shipping address yet. It wasn't in the invoice, and I had no opportunity I could see to add or change it.

  18. Signing in to my account

    Paying invoice: I have to re-enter my information each time from my checking account, it's like I'm setting up my account each time I pay an invoice. Then once I do that, I have to wait to get a confirmation number that is sent to my cell to verify its me and enter it . There are too many steps, however I do appreciate the text to verify its me for security purposes, but other then that it does gets a bit annoying! Thanks
