Several invoices at once
I would like to be able to see all invoices and choose to pay more than one at a time.

Add the invoice info on the paid receipt.

Show the Actual Balance due instead of only the previous balance due on main screen when you click to pay.
I would prefer to see the actual balance due rather than only the previous balance due when I click to pay. My email says I owe $90 (2 services), when I click to pay, the main screen says the balance due is $45 (1 service). I had a lawn service 5/31/19 and another 6/21/2019. I paid the invoice for both services on 6/28/2019, but had to manually change the amount I paid on the main screen from $45 default to $90. It is misleading.

Paper Invoices
Send out paper invoices every couple months for a reminder if when the bill is due for those of us who don't check our emails very often.

Please make an option to pay part of the invoice.
Make it so the vendor/business can create the invoice with the option for the client/customer to pay for a certain amount of the invoice, like half of the balance.

I would like a memo area to indicate what the payment was for
A memo line is needed to state what the payment represents on the payors end.

Please change the Transaction Statement to show an "Amount Due" Total at bottom and a running balance on the right. This is very urgent!!!
Please show the difference between Invoices Total and Received Total and show an Amount Due Total.

emailing invoices
When emailing an invoice to a customer, it would be nice for the email to show coming from the name of the business instead of the first part of the email address.

Add payee name and memo to printed confirmation receipt
Add payee name and ability to record a memo to print in the confirmation receipt. My rent receipt should contain the name of my landlord, which is currently does not. It only says, "Online Rent Payment." Also, I would like the ability to add a memo, such as one would write on a check, so that I could note, for example, the month, unit address or client name, if applicable.

Print Invoice Button Should Print Professional-Looking Invoice
Print Invoice button does NOT print a professional looking receipt. Just a few lines of text. Looks like something I could easily create myself. Why doesn't this button print same receipt I receive by email??

Detailed Invoice
It would be nice to see something that actually looked like an invoice with an order date, description of the order and breakdown of charges with a total and payment method listed along with last 4 digits of the card used, along with delivery address

Replace "ZIP" with "Postal Code"
As a Canadian, it's frustrating when asked to enter a ZIP code because we never know then whether we'll be able to finish the transaction or not.
Since your software works for other kinds of postal codes, you instructions should too.11 votes
