Why is there still a Zip code needed ? Its difficult to make a payment when your from outside the US

Please don't bill me for the month ahead when it is March.I just paid my bill and at the same time I was given a bill for April.

A one step process to request service and pay the invoice at tbe same time.
Like the service a lot but the pay process should be streamlined. The ability to order and pay in one event would be nice.

FOR SECURITY , DO NOT SAVE CREDIT CARD DATA
I was invoiced today for a service, the invoice auto populated my previous credit card..due to major security breaches I do not want my credit card information retained for any purchase, please remove this data..I will be happy to key in the credit card data each time I purchase.

on the payment page "view Invoice" should be highlighted to indicate you needed to clik on the "view invoice" not just read the summary data
On the payment page 'view invoice" should be highlighted to indicate it is a link to more details than the summary below.

How about doing some work BEFORE collecting payment. What you are doing now is simply collecting funds and getting interest monies for FREE!!!

save my info without having to set up another account!
Just save my info, send me a verification code by text when I process a new payment, but don't make me re-enter my info every time.

label the input fields so my automation can fill them.
Using automation requires vendors like qb to label the form fields properly. name, account number, ccv, expiration, etc.
its clunky to hand type in these items.
