  3. Have the invoice list your TOTAL balance owed if there’s an outstanding balance that amount should also be listed on the invoice

  5. Your system apparently does not permit online bank transfers of $50,000 or more. This is inconvenient, and I don't understand it.

  12. Acceptmonthly auto w/drawal frombank

    I need consistent payments on time each month...without having to search my email...log in and make payments...When I'm on vacation I don't check my email...all other bills are on auto pay for free...why not this? Let me know if you are planning auto pay or not...or if this is just a survey...I expect a reply

  13. Option to change method of payment

    I am unable to see where I can edit my method of payment. Currently I have my business checking account entered, yet it prints the receipt saying it's a persona checking account. i may want to pay out of a different account, but have no option to do so, or even see my banking info.

  14. Payment Idea

    Each time I try to pay on your website it won't let me. I finally learned to attempt to pay once, and then directly contact you. It would be easier (and you probably wouldn't lose new customers that aren't able to pay) to have a direct link to QuickBooks on your site. Easier for the customer :)

  15. Allow payments over invoice amount which will allow a credit to appear on my billing account please.

    If windfall funds become available, I would like to pay future invoices that have not been generated yet and have it appear as a credit on my account.

  16. The weblink for my invoice did not open on my Mac Computer at home. It should work on all platforms & browsers.

    Make sure that the invoicing link works for all computers and web browsers. Very frustrating from a customer perspective. We never had that issue when Waste Management was our trash service.

  18. Canadian credit cards can use the postal code gas trick - add that to the error msg

    Canadian credit cards can use the US gas station trick to pay.

  19. PLEASE use a larger font in the document. Even printing 115 larger hard to read.

    There is a limit to how much viewers can enlarge font. Not much we can do with PDF. Tis MUCH easier to reduce size for printing but printed the way it is -- very difficult to read.
